He scheduled us a private viewing of the house two days after it was listed and from our initial offer through closing (which he got done in 14 days) he was a soldier for us, especially in the delicate countering process. He checked in with us daily over the course of escrow reassuring us that everything was on track and, once we closed, provided us with prospective contractors, got us quotes on everything from painters to carpet, and pulled off off a miracle getting our painting project bumped up a week to fit our move in date.
