Kyle was born and raised in Encinitas. He is a second-generation Encinitas Realtor® and California native. He has firsthand knowledge of the local community attending school in the San Dieguito Unified School District and participating in local sports. After graduating high school Kyle attended college at The University of Hawaii where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in marketing from the Shidler College of Business.

Kyle grew up in the real estate business as his mother and partner Janet McCollough has been an agent in Encinitas since 1986. Kyle joined Janet and Coldwell Banker in 2008 as a full-time agent. Kyle was the winner of the Coldwell Banker 30 under 30 in 2015. Looking to expand his knowledge and commitment to his clients he became a broker in 2016. Over the years, Kyle has gained an expansive knowledge of the real estate business representing clients in all types of transactions.

Kyle's experience, local knowledge, and education have prepared him to provide his clients with the top-quality service they deserve.

Kyle currently lives in Encinitas with his wife Veronica and young son Aiden. When he is not helping clients he enjoys surfing, golf, traveling, and walks with his family.
